Return & Refund Policy: JMA Remedies
At JMA Remedies, we take pride in the precision and quality of our medical devices. Due to the critical nature of healthcare equipment and strict safety regulations, our return policy is designed to ensure the integrity of our products and the safety of all patients.
- General Return Guidelines
Unopened Products: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene & Safety: Any product that has been opened, used, or had its sterile seal broken is non-returnable and non-refundable due to biohazard and cross-contamination risks.
Authorization Required: No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly excluded from returns:
Sterile-packaged instruments or disposables (once the seal is broken).
Custom-made or patient-specific devices.
Products requiring specific temperature-controlled storage (Cold Chain items).
Software or digital licenses for medical imaging/diagnostics.
- Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty Claims)
If a device arrives damaged or fails to operate according to its specifications:
Notification: You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt for shipping damage, or within the Warranty Period for mechanical failure.
Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the device. If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing flaw, JMA Remedies will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund at no cost to the customer.
Shipping: JMA Remedies will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or wrongly shipped items.
- Restocking Fees
For standard returns (non-defective items):
A 15% to 25% restocking fee may be applied to cover the costs of quality control inspections and re-certification.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5–7 business days):
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.
Please allow 10–14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
